Welcome to ProgramU. By downloading, installing, or using the ProgramU mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
ProgramU is a personal development application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized audio sessions including subliminal affirmations, guided meditations, guided hypnosis, and guided EFT tapping sessions. The App also provides journaling tools, identity tracking, gamification features, and a global synchronized meditation feature called CollectiveU.
To use ProgramU, you must create an account using a valid email address or through Apple/Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Free Tier: ProgramU offers limited free functionality including a starter credit balance for session generation.
Premium Plans: Premium subscriptions (Seeker, Creator, Master) are available as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Credits: Credits are used to generate AI audio sessions. Credit packs can be purchased as one-time in-app purchases. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
Sessions generated by ProgramU are created using artificial intelligence (OpenAI and ElevenLabs). While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain imperfections. Generated sessions are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
You retain ownership of the focus intentions and personal content you provide to the App. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and service quality.
The Voice Clone feature allows you to create an AI clone of your voice for use in session generation. By using this feature, you confirm that you are recording your own voice and that you consent to having your voice processed by our third-party voice synthesis provider (ElevenLabs). You may delete your voice clone at any time through the App.
ProgramU is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. The App provides personal development tools based on established techniques (subliminal messaging, meditation, hypnosis, EFT) but does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call your local emergency services. Do not use hypnosis or meditation sessions while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring full alertness.
CollectiveU is a community meditation feature. By participating, you agree to share anonymous participation data (region, session attendance) with other users. Intentions submitted after sessions are displayed publicly and should not contain personal information, offensive content, or inappropriate material.

The ProgramU name, logo, design, code, AI models, and all associated intellectual property are owned by ProgramU and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Generated session audio is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProgramU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to ProgramU in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
